Information Collection

This extension does not collect personally identifiable information, financial information, health data, authentication data, location, web history, or personal communications.

The only data processed is the text content you choose to analyze (from a web page, pasted text, or a URL). This processing happens locally in your browser and is never stored or transmitted to external servers.

Data Usage

Text content is analyzed in real time for the sole purpose of providing reading statistics (reading time, word count, character count, sentence count, and summary). Once you close the extension, the analyzed content is discarded.

Permissions

The extension uses the following browser permissions strictly for functionality:

• activeTab: To analyze the content of the page you choose.
• scripting: To extract visible text from the active page.
• contextMenus: To allow quick analysis of selected text via right-click.
• storage: To save small preferences and support context menu settings.
• Host permissions: Only used when you enter a URL for analysis, to fetch and process its content.

Third Parties

This extension does not share, sell, or transfer data to third parties.

Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes in the future, the updated version will be published at the same URL.
